Why She’s The One:  Elena definitely practices what she preaches.  Our recent Servers' Seminar was a terrific success, in part because veterans like Elena talked about what a difference good suggestive selling makes to her tip income.  Just weeks later, she proved her point when Sunnyvale received a perfect secret shopper score.  Elena has a very easygoing, friendly personality and wins customers over immediately.  She is comfortable describing the menu and makes excellent service a top priority.  Elena is a terrific role model for other servers - especially those who want to earn more tips!
