Why She’s The One:     Alejandra is one of our great Hobee's success stories.  Back in 2001, she won the Outstanding Host Achievement Award even though it was only her first year.  Since that time, she has become one of our best servers. In fact, two separate customers recently contacted the Corporate Office just to tell us how impressed they are by Alex.  Brian, a Mountain View regular, cannot believe that she remembers the orders of everyone in his party, even those that don't come in frequently.  Karen, another loyal patron, said that she has no doubt that Alejandra can cover the entire dining room with ease.  Alex' co-workers agree that she is outstanding.  General Manager Louise Aurandt admires Alex' focus and commitment to every customer.  She clearly has earned the honor of being our thirty-second Star Employee of the Month!
