Why He’s The One: Daniel scored
highest – by 7 points – on the dreaded EBTB (“Ed’s BTB”), which consists of
65 legal and personnel checklist items and a quiz by “El Diablo”. What’s
terrific is that, even after two decades at Hobee’s, Daniel is still striving
to improve. We all – employees and customers alike – benefit from his
sensational, creative dinner specials. He is also a wonderful mentor
to the other KMs. He has twice won the Outstanding Kitchen Manager award
at the Achievement Awards. We expect that there are more of those to
come!
