Why She's the One: We were certainly impressed with
last month's perfect secret shopper report. We've had a few of those in
the past, but Debbie's inspection came in the midst of a Sunday lunch rush!
Debbie is a model of consistency. She controls her costs well and operates
a tight ship, yet her crew admires and respects her. Finally, her genuine,
friendly demeanor keeps customers coming back. That's part of why Sunnyvale's
sales are up a whopping 8% in 2006!
