THE HOBEE'S ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

won two Outstanding General Manager Awards in a row in 2006 and 2007. .
In 1993, on the eve of our 20th anniversary, we began
an annual tradition of recognizing our most outstanding employees and customers,
in addition to supportive businesses and organizations. The Hobee's
Achievement Awards are handed out each year in January at a packed,
emotionally charged ceremony. The nominees in each award category are
voted on by the chain's 300 + employees. Winners are chosen by a blue ribbon
panel consisting of one representative from each Hobee's Restaurant. (Upper
management awards are determined by using subjective data - such as cost
control performance - in addition to an employee survey.)
Both winners and runners up in each category are recognized
at the event with framed certificates and prizes. Winners receive
their names on the perpetual plaques which are currently on display
at the Hobee's Wall of Fame at Hobee's Palo Alto.
The most recent awards were handed out on January 28, 2008.
